All sample packs purchased from GLUEHAND come with a royalty-free license, giving you the freedom to use our sounds in your own music productions without additional royalties or recurring licensing fees.

Whether you’re producing beats, releasing tracks, creating content or working on commercial projects, our sounds are made to be used.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Use our samples, loops and one-shots in personal and commercial music productions.
  • Release your music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud and other streaming platforms.
  • Sell beats and finished music containing our sounds.
  • Use our sounds in videos, social media content, podcasts and other audiovisual projects.
  • Modify, chop, pitch, stretch, process and rearrange samples to fit your creative vision.
  • Keep 100% of the royalties generated by your original compositions and finished productions, subject to any rights held by other contributors.

No additional clearance or royalty payments to GLUEHAND are required for these permitted uses.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO

  • Resell, redistribute or share our original samples, loops or one-shots as standalone files.
  • Upload our sounds to other sample libraries, marketplaces or downloadable sound collections.
  • Repackage our samples into your own sample packs, drum kits or loop libraries, even if modified.
  • Share purchased download files or license access with others.
  • Claim exclusive ownership or copyright over the original GLUEHAND samples.
  • Register our standalone samples with automated copyright-claiming or fingerprinting systems.

OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS

All original samples and sound recordings remain the intellectual property of GLUEHAND or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a sample pack grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to use its contents under these terms. It does not transfer ownership of the original samples.

You retain ownership of your own original musical contributions and finished productions, subject to applicable third-party rights.

COMMERCIAL RELEASES

You may commercially release and monetize music created using GLUEHAND samples without paying additional royalties to GLUEHAND.

There are no restrictions on the number of tracks you can create or release using your purchased samples.
