Digital Products
All products sold by Gluehand are digital downloads.
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a product has been purchased and delivered.
Exceptions

- You were charged multiple times for the same order.
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be accessed.
- The product cannot be downloaded due to a technical issue on our website that cannot be resolved.
- You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
In these cases, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.
Incorrect Purchases
