License Agreement

Introduction
This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all digital products purchased or downloaded from Gluehand (“Products”).
By purchasing or downloading any Gluehand product, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
License Grant
All products sold by Gluehand are provided under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license, unless otherwise stated.
You are granted a lifetime license to use the purchased products in accordance with this Agreement.
You Are Allowed To
You may:
- ✅ Use the sounds in personal and commercial music productions.
- ✅ Release music on Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, SoundCloud, Bandcamp and other streaming platforms.
- ✅ Monetize your music and videos.
- ✅ Modify, edit and process the included sounds.
- ✅ Use the sounds in unlimited music projects.
- ✅ Use the products in any DAW or music production software.
You Are NOT Allowed To
You may NOT:
- ❌ Resell or redistribute the original files.
- ❌ Upload the products to file-sharing websites.
- ❌ Include the sounds in another sample pack or sound library.
- ❌ Claim ownership or copyright of the original samples.
- ❌ Sell, share, sublicense or give away the original files.
- ❌ Make the products available for download by third parties.
Sample Usage
Individual samples, loops and one-shots may only be used as part of a new musical composition.
The original files may not be distributed on their own.
Beats
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- Beat purchases are non-exclusive.
- Gluehand retains ownership of the original beat.
- Exclusive rights require a separate written agreement.
Intellectual Property
All copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights remain the property of Gluehand.
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use the content—not ownership of the original files.
Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information regarding refunds and digital downloads.
Changes
Gluehand reserves the right to update this License Agreement at any time.
Updated versions will be published on this page.
